Ripoff, fails to answers the phone, continues to bill your cc after you cancel, lose cancellation

After I initially signed up, I decided about 3 weeks later to cancel and get my cc removed from billing. After almost an hour of calling I get a guy that tells me the people that handle that are at another number and I would have to call back on Monday. Of course, the same thing happens on Monday and successive days. Finally, I get to the "right" people after days of calling and getting placed on hold or busy signals or no answer and they tell me I am too late to cancel.

Then, for 6 months after my contract was over, charges show up on my credit card. Their excuse, they never got my original cancellation. Do not do business with these people at all. The websites they sale you on their entry level program are poorly designed antiquated old school looking junk.

This is just another company ripping people off for the bucks.
