Said i was approved and then they never put the monies in the bank and the card is useless to me ripoff Internet

I applied for a cash loan with a credit card and my concern is that i got approved for the credit card and never got the loan advance of 1500. Which I think that it is a total ripoff concerding that i am on a fixed income.
