3dplanesoft refuses to reply to any of my emails. I purchased their screen saver back in May. My computar crashed two weeks ago, so I down loaded a, PAID VERSION OF LAGOON.
I contacted them explaining I need the code for the program I already paid for back in May. I sent another email. Then another. Last night was the last one before I took action. When my screen saver runs on my computar a box interrupts the screen saying, enter code or purchase with a pic of a witch..
This is terrible to do this to people. When I first purchased the screen saver I used my bank of america card. Now I will just file a dispute if I with this company. If I still can however.
I would like to stop this person, or persons, from not doing this to any one else. I had problems with them when back in June. I really wasn't happy with my screen saver and asked for a refund. After two weeks I get a email stating, their is a no refund service.

Thier is another company that takes the payment. Like pay pal but its not. I can get that, if needed off my bank statements. Also, i do not know their address. I just put on orlando, fl to send this report.
