United medicals have ripped me off twice. They assured me and even gave me dates on the phone as to when my order would arrive. It did not arrive. I am in the process of reporting this company to consumers protection and turning all my paperwork over to a small claims attorney. I have copies of every promise and e-mail they sent. How can a company get by with this type of treatment to its customers?
