I am Reporting on Vatterott College, I enrolled almost 7 months ago, By a cuthroat recruter, He Was a very good talker told me many things that I believed and would later come to find out the school was missing many of these things, I was told I would be able to make easly a hundred grand a year.
That was one of the lies that i was told, He went on to tell me this school had the best cirruculm anywhere that i had to take a test before i could even apply to see if a could handle the cirruculm, Boy was that a joke, He said they had the best teachers on staff that knew just about anything when it come to computers of course another lie.
Well untill i got all my loans straight he called every day i had to scrounge to get the very high 25,000 and on top of that live 100 miles away from Vatterott which is located in Tulsa Oklahoma, I live In Sallisaw Oklahoma,
I drive everyday 200 miles round trip to this school 4 days a week,
Okay so I got the school loan well i had to take a additinal 20,000 dollars to a vehicle that would make the long everyday and help support me while going to this
Now school begins Dec 10 when i arrive 2 students sit in the classroom the rest have not showed up yet. The teacher hadnt even arrived. Well as the class goes on i see why the students are not showing up, the teacher doesnt even show up.
The classes are 10 week intervals over different subjects. My first was Linux, The first 5 weeks of the course we did nothing but play on the internet the teacher set in his desk and played on the internet as well. Well 5 weeks into the course the teacher hands us a test and says use the book its open book you guys need some grades.
Well the following weeks were pretty much the same nothing. We would go days without our instructor. Which really did not matter i could play on the internet by myself fine. But i said nothing thinking maybe the next ten weeks will work out a whole lot better.
Not so my next class was A computer Tech My teacher was a former Vatterott teacher as most of them are. He seems different very short tempered knows no teaching methods classroom communication methods.
We read out of the book and learn what we can by ourself same thing as the last no teachers, listen to this when vatterott doesnt have a teacher they dont tell you, this is a bussiness not a college.
Now in 5th week of my 3rd term vatterott has 1 ct teacher the same guy I had the semester before. And as usual my 3rd term has been screwed up as bad as the 2 other terms with only one teacher all of the ct kids were put in one class and were told they would get teachers hasnt happen yet. We have no high tech stuff we have no education all I have is a real high debt to this school so please dont enroll in vatterott colege
Im 21 yrs old and I think after I get out of Vatterott my life gonna be alot harder then before Vatterott
I just skimmed the top of the problems of this school. So please Do not let your kids enroll in Vatterott you will be saving them a whole lot of stress for now I have to sue vatterott and when i read that in the comtract to go to there it was not apart of there education process.
