I am having major problems with a Business/Website named (www.Shopinprivate.com. This is a website that sells many cool products that females would rather buy in private like hygeine products and waxing products etc. I basically bought some feminine hygeine products from their website on 04/16/07 paying ($87.58) and to this day i have never recieved a E-mail notification nor Shipping notification about my order so that i can track my order, and to make matters even worse i have not recieved my order and it has damn near been a month.
I have sent this website an e-mail stating my problems and also i have tried to call them but they kept saying that no one is avalable even though the call was within their business hours.
It is very fishy to me because the Company billed me with the name (ISDERA CORP) and now when i go back to their website they claim that they were formally named (ISDERA CORP) but has now since changed their name to (Prive Co Inc) http://www.priveco.com/.
I am now trying to get my money back and not even bother with the products since it has been so long but i cannot even talk with anyone from this Company or Website and they will not answer my e-mail, it is almost like there isn't a Company because no one responds to me. Please i warn everyone do not buy anything from this website... I ordered products and have never recieved any of the products that i have ordered... And this Website is clearly changing it's name and dodging me... I have already contacted the BBB of Detroit Michigan and is waiting to hear back from them...
