AdMedian Scammer never issue money to publisher, ripoff

I've been with them for 2 and half month, Never received any payment although the payment supposed to be issued at the end of April (net 30)

Before the payment date, i still can communicated with them.

After that, no response from email, even i sent a ton.

Properly they are trying to avoid contract with me.

Does anyone know how, where i can report to take legal action against them?

They owe me around $2000 upto now.
