Uzed.com claims they offer cash for your CDs, DVDs, games and electronics. I shipped them 43 DVDs per our agreement that I would receive $135.94 for them. Since sending them on April 11th, I have attempted to e-mail the customer service department several times regarding the package. On their website the package is noted to be have been received but no payment has been made. There has been no reply to several e-mails.
I have attempted to call their customer service line a number of times in the past month. The line is not functioning. A message plays stating this line does receive incoming calls. It is the only phone number on their website. I have sent an e-mail to Steve Bonneau, the owner of Uzed.com, and no reply.
It is now past the 10 days for payment and I have not received any monies or had any contact with them despite them accepting my 43 DVDs in the value of $135.94.
