Uzed.com claims they offer cash for your CDs, DVDs, games and electronics. I shipped them 49 DVDs per our agreement that I would receive $226.27 for them.
Since sending them on March 31st, I have attempted to e-mail the customer service department several times regarding the insurance for the package. On their website the package is noted to be have been sent without insurance, when in fact I have the tracking number proving it was.
There has been no reply. I have attempted to call their customer service line a number of times in the past month. The line is not functioning. A message plays stating this line does receive incoming calls. It is the only phone number on their website.
I have sent an e-mail to Steve Bonneau, the owner of Uzed.com, and no reply. It is now past the 10 days for payment and I have not received any monies or had any contact with them despite them accepting my 49 DVDs in the value of $226.27.
