You sign up under the name Visual Web tools, They are in turn affiliated with eAuction success, which is the consultation division, and Pacific web works is the internet division, with Bid Fuel being the billing department. When you cancel with visual web tools they tell you you need to go to their billing department but only to the eAuction success department. They then later bill you from Bid Fuel because you never canceled with them.
They never tell you that Bid Fuel is in the organization or that they have given your information. Then they ask you to prove you called them but the Phone co. Doesn't keep toll free calls made from your phone. Then they tell your bank they shipped you merchandise which you never received and your bank needs a confirmation of return shipment number which you don't have because you never got any product.
They say they are glad to cancel but you are already charged for the $39.90. If you do not fight this you are propigating their actions.
