Ripoff Ordered DVD's in the amount of $117.38 which were never sent

Ordered DVD merchandise from dvds4less1.com in the amount of $117.38 which was debited out of my checking account on 4/17 and never received shipped merchandise in the promised time. When went back to the website the site is down for repairs and no communication is being answered from an email address.
