I bought 6 samples of creams from www.premierpigments.com. I made the enquiry and a lady called Diana Gallardo contcted me. I said I was looking for anaesthetic cream as I am a beautician and before making a large order I wanted to sample a few different creams.
Diana Gallardo told me she would send 6 creams (2 of each). I asked her to send them marked as samples. She said she would send them as samples this time. Obviously on further orders this could not be done for customs restrictions. I told her that if they couldnt label the creams as samples then I wasn't going to make the order as customs bill would be too high.
I got a call from Spanish customs telling me I had a bill for $114,87 and I refused to pay it. I wrote to Diana Gallardo at Premier Pigments and she apologised to me saying it was an error of her supervisor and told me that the amount I had to pay customs would be deducted off my second order.
I told her that as I ordered the creams to try them out first I didn't know if I was going to make another order and as it was a mistake of her supervisor them I asked either for the customs bill to be paid by Premier Pigments or for my money to be returned on my visa.
She mailed me saying that she would speak to her supervisor and e-mail me straight away. I have not heard any more and my e-mails are ignored.
This morning I recieved a phonecall from customs telling me that Premier Pigments have been in touch with DHL in Texas saying that either I pay the $114,89 bill or I loose the money I paid to them. Premier pigments said to leave the parcel abandoned if I don't pay!
Premier Pigments lied to me by e-mail to get an order out of me and as they have recieved their money from my visa they washed their hands. They promised to send the creams as samples (in writing) so as I would order and then sent as a normal packet not declaring as samples. Now they have their money and I have no product or have to pay an enormous bill to customs.
I would like to warn anyone thinking of buying from them not to as they promise anything to get the money out of you and then ignore you if there is any problem!
I feel cheated by Diana GAllardo and ripped off by her supervisor and Premier Pigments who make promises and dont keep them!
