I ordered a "overnight genius" CD as a free trial period in order to be a referal for one of my friends on some free thing or whatever... Anyhow. They send me the crappy CD that isn't even worth opening for free, and I turned around and sent it right back to them.
The next week i get charged 4.00 for shipping. Then the next week 1 dollar for a service fee, and then the next week 78 bucks for the CD. I called because they should have received it before they charged me at all.
The extremely unhelpful kid that answered the phone said when they receive the cd they will only credit me 58 bucks because of the restocking fee. Restocking a crappy CD that is worthless? Give me a break... So i told the kid i already returned it and he said they didn't get it and since I didn't have a tracking number even if they got it they won't tell me or credit me.
If anyone else buys from this company you are crazy... They just package a CD and charge people fees becuase they know everyone is going to return it. Even if every single person who got the damn thing returned it, they would still make 19 bucks for their "restocking fee" and they don't lose anything becuase they want us to pay the shipping to... So lets see... Ordered a free trial... Was charged 5 bucks shipping, 78 for the produck, 10 bucks to ship it back, and am getting 58 bucks back? Talk about bad business...
