I received one of their training videos and when I reported to them that I never ordered and certainly never authorized them to charge me for it. They told me it was impossible for someone to have charged my card without my consent.
They said the best they could do was let me return the cd and they would only charge me a 25% "restocking" fee.
They assured me that my "account" with them was cancelled and that there would be "absolutely" no more charges on may card.
Then they charged my card again. I again asked them to stop charging my card. No response.
