IBill, and I-Management
IBill & I-Management are ripoffs. Fort Lauderdale

Corporate Executive Officer:
Subject: Remittance of funds.

I am writing in reference to an incidence that happen on July 18, at 7:19 AM.

I was surfing through my e-mail, in the process of surfing I apparently without my knowledge hit on a button that automatically ordered a couple of adult web sites.

This still amazes me how two transactions occurred at the same time; actually three, one was from I-Management, which either is affiliated with your company or you sold them my account number because I have never purchased anything from I-Management and I am sure curious on how they obtained my information, in due time I will find that out.

Does anyone have knowledge of I-Management, their telephone number is 626-577-9666, and they are located in California, either in Pasadena or Los Angeles. I tried reverse phone number to locate their address, I-Management must be unlisted or they are blocking their address somehow.

I-Management had promised to refund me what they charged me, but that was over 30 days ago. When I called them for an explanation, the rude lady informed me that they charged back the amount to my bank, in checking with my bank they have no recorded of a charge back refund, when I explained that to her she said basically too bad, your problem.

Any help to locate this company so that I can have more information to give to the proper authorities and agencies, etc, will be appreciated.

I had ordered sites through iBill in the past so your company did have my information in your records and these web sites apparently do business with your company, which must have caused these transactions to occur automatically.

I feel that this is an unethical practice from these web sites and your company, because I should have had to enter my information during a purchase process in which I did not do.

Your company is good about sending an e-mail confirming a transaction almost immediately; this is what alerted me to this purchase that I accidentally ordered.

I at that point called your customer service phone number and explained what happened; I called your customer service within a couple of minutes after the transaction occurred.

I, more or less, the respond I received from your customer service lady was too bad your loss, and she would not make any effort to refund the amount charged to me.

If it had been hours since the purchase had happen or I had actually used the web sites than tried to get back my funds, I could than understand the reason of not returning my funds. But, by reporting the incident within a minute or two, I feel I should be refunded the funds that were taken.

Why am I writing to you a month later? At first I was going to just take it as an expensive lesson in purchasing over the Internet, feeling frustrate that I couldn't do anything about my situation. Various companies, including iBill, rip off many consumers over the Internet.

I, in good conscious cannot just ignore this type of unethical business practice and must do something to get this matter resolved.

The total loss to me: $ 63.86.

If iBill rips off one consumer per day, per year, that equals: loss to consumers: $23,308.90.

If iBill rips off ten consumers per day, per year, that equals: loss to consumers: $233,089.00.

If iBill rips off a hundred consumer per day, per year, that equals: loss to consumers: $2,330, 890.00.

No wonder iBill doesn't want to refund to consumers, that is a very hefty amount of money collect from consumers.

There is an old saying many parents tell their children, Even though you are not like the crowd you hang with, you will be judged by their behavior.

In other words, if you are a Business Partner with iBill, which uses unethical business practices, the public consumer will associate you to be as an unethical business as iBill.

On your web site you have comment:
iBill has made every attempt to ensure the quality and value of the services provided by our Business Partners.

I think iBill needs to take a look in the mirror at themselves at their quality and value of service that they are providing the consumer.

If not, the Business Partners, need to look for another Internet Billing Service provider, because remember Business Partners: you will be judged by the company you keep!

Here is a list of iBill's Business Partners, in case anyone else wants to write to them to inform them of iBill's unethically business practices that you may have encountered.
