Almost year haven't made any money now they won't return my calls arizona

So desperate to make money that i decide to give them the benefit of doubt for a home based business.
They seem genuine now it's almost a year haven't made any money which they promised refund that if i don't make any money within a year it will be refunded. Now that i want my money back no one's return my calls. Also contract is for web site to hold up to 1200 products and now it's only 250 products and no one is available to talk to me all i get is voicemail
