So I went to this power levling service called lvl4u.com. Those of you in the gamer industry know that having a third party take control of your account can be risky business but a great reward. I play World of Warcraft and had signed up for one of their packages that would level me from 1-60,300 in mining or other, and 300 gold with a mount for the new races. I chose this company because of their personal guarantee that if my account got banned I would receive my money back. Here is part of their statement on their FAQ website:
Q: Will using your leveling services ban my account?
A: No. We have been doing powerleveling for hundreds of customers in different games. Our customers have never been banned as using our services. No bots or macros are used by our skilled players and we never talk to any other players in game or get involved in any controversial activities such as player killing.
That right there says No they will not get my account banned and that none of their customers ever have. Well my account was banned after two weeks of playing and I had owned my account for over two years with many lvl 60 characters now down the drain. Avoid this company at all costs because their guarantee means nothing and when I asked for a refund they said to contact Blizzard. Don't be the fool with lvl4u.com and find another company to powerlevel your character.
