Hi my name Rodolfo. I buy a 42 inch tv 3/12/07 on line with my visa check card the company flattvdriect taken the money out of my bank account 3/14/07 ($1,067.00) i get no tracking number or anything i try calling the 800 number no answer just a voice massage saying who you want to speak too customer service press 1, ect ect now you try calling the voice massage saying what hour there open 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and even you call at 12:00 pm the voice massage say the same thing were open 10:00 am to 9:00 pm i try email there 24/7 customer service no respond i wrote over eight email no respond. One of the email i say i what my money back and they answer saying i can get my money back from the credit card company but i have a visa check card so it like cash. Today date 3/29/07 i still don't have my tv.
