Ripoff gave refund in credit then said they had nothing in my credit amout range for me to purchase

I put an item on layaway. I then needed to cancelle the layaway. Was told i could not get my money used bak.

Was given a credit for the dollar amount of the layaway paid off. Went to use the credit and found nothing could be bouht for that amount.

Asked for a refund and was told no.
