This compony informd me that I would get an Individual's phone number for free, but instead asked me for my credit card number, ripoff

This company informed me, that I could get a friend's phone number, address, etc., without having to pay a thing. But, When I put in the information, and hit enter, the sight asked me what payment plan I wanted to be on.
