On 02/25/07 I signed up for the service for $27.80 for unlimited downloads. When I checked my account they had charged my account $42.68 tacking on an additional $14.88 for net spy protector, which I did not request. I was not sent anything to log onto the site until I complained via their email ticket system. When I tried to contact they through their email system (which I have tried 6 times) no one has contacted but, yet their system states that my ticket was resolved. I have place 6 tickets. I finally contacted my bank and they have instructed me what I should do. Hopefully I should get my money back.
I tried contacting them on the telephone number my bank provided me with but it states that the offices are closed. (What a surprise)
I really do regret not checking them out on RIPOFF first. I could have saved myself the hassle I am going through now as my people have complained about them. They are also using the name MYMP3LIVE.com and MYMP3.com.
