Last year i called up uswebsite builders to optimize my website for better placement on the top 3 search engines. I spoke with a web designer he told me they had a few different packages. He gave me a price for optimizing 25 keywords and if i signed up now he would allow for 50 keywords to be optimized.
He told me he could guarrantee top placement for 50 keywords i selected the keywords he told me it could take up to 90 days to see results. I specified to this person that i sell store fixtures and it would be very important that i would get top placement for that word, didnt care all that much for the other keywords other than what was agreed apon.
He told me it will take up to 90 days before you will see results. I agreed, waited 90 days results were the same, called company they told me to be patient give another 30 days no change, called to cancel, cant cancel over phone, must email to cancel, i emailed uswebsite builers to cancel, They are still charging my credit card.
I called my credit card company they issued me credits on all charges by uswebsite builders. Uswebsite builders with no autorization called my credit card for approval for various charges, that i never authorized.
