Ripoff Bans Member Based On False Accusations

I was a member in good standing until I donated $25.00 to rottweiler.net for additional priviledges. Forum Staff who is the Administrator and/or Moderator sent me emails and wanted to return my $25.00. I did not want my $25.00 returned but he returned it anyways.

Here's the problem after he refunded the $25.00 he then cut my membership priviledges not to the member that I once was but instead to someone lower than a GUEST. Now he has me totally banned because I was trying to find out why I hadn't been put back as a member. So because of my emails to find out the truth or misunderstanding he deliberately bans me forever which is not fair since I did nothing wrong. The following emails will show you what went on:

I believe I said I felt that I had the same rights as the other members. I never implied that I had a right to do as I pleased. Do what you want, it appears you have a personal vendetta against me, for what reason I do not know why.

You told me publicly on the forums you had made a $25.00 donation, that donation gave you the right to do as you pleased on the forums. This discussion is closed, there is no need to respond to this email. Should you chose to ignore my warning, I will take further action to prevent you from accessing my server.

I hope I've made myself clear. Take advantage of what access you have left.

Well then I don't understand. I honestly did not want that 25.00 returned. I was a member before I paid that 25.00 so why wouldn't I be a member after you refunded the 25.00? If the issue is the 25.00, I will gladly give you another 25.00. I did not want that 25.00 returned but for some odd reason the return was forced on me. Like I said, I was a member before I even paid that 25.00, so why would it be any different now?

Go back and look at your paypal account where I refunded the 25.00 donation you made to the forums. All your proof is sitting right there.

Hi,

I have news for you, I NEVER refused to follow the rules. Can you prove that? No you can't because I always followed the rules and did nothing wrong. At least I know I am honest enough to admit I did nothing wrong. I don't know where you get that I did not follow the rules. Please explain and prove that I did not follow the rules. Go Back and look at my posts, you will not find one instance of me not following the rules. I think you have me mistaken for someone else.

Your a novice member because you refuse to follow the rules. Here is a post you attempted to post in the behavior forum:

when i click "Support" link, "Calendar", "Edit Profile", "Edit Options", "Edit Avatar", "Edit Reminders", i get: myzeus, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page.
Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

The only links at the top of my page is "UserCP", "FAQ", "Support", "Calendar", "Quick Links" and "Log Out".

As a member, aren't i supposed to have more links than that? What happened to the link to the photo album?

As I said before, the "Support" link gives me an error message of: myzeus, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page.
Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

This is the only way for me to contact you since you do not respond to my emails.

Let me know why this is happening. The reason is beyond me, as I do not know why.

You will remain a novice member for the rest of your time on these forums. I have no desire to discuss this with you any further.

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page.
Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
