Ripoff Unauthorized Billing Slamming Fraudulent

Received our monthly business phone bill from AT&T and found charges for 2 months worth of USABD services at $49.95 per month.

Immediately called the phone number provided on the bill and was told that someone in my office at approved an internet listing in Aug.

This baffles me as we always turn down the internet listings, we cater to a specific industry in our business and have no need to advertise on the internet.

I had to ask several times for the service to be cancelled, while the girl on the other end tried with all of her might to convince me to keep the services. (What services?)

Upon speaking with the person they claimed to have approved the service, he adamantly denied ever having such a conversation with this company or accepting any such services.

A second call to USABD led to them telling us that there was no way we'd get full credit for this bill and that they had a recording of acceptance. We asked to hear the recording and they claim it has to be ordered and won't be available for 48 hours.

I am contacting the FCC and CPCC as well.

Our phone provided, AT&T has removed the charges and made note of the fraudulent activity, but cannot stop the practice.
