People please beware of this company, these people down to the employees are all scam artists. I signed up onine for some make money with ebay just to check it out. I paid the small amount for shipping the item here, and in the process of the item being delivered, i started getting calls at work (my mistake leaving them my work number as contact), from one of their sales agents, sound familiar to anyone?
Each time I told the person that I was busy and could not talk, and this person had a very hard time speking english, and understanding the fact that i did not have a few minutes to talk. After these calls the package came in the mail, and I opened the package looked at the contents saw that it was a joke and I sent it back the next day. You see I had alreayd been burned two years prior by BRIGHT BUILDERS OR SUMMIT GROUP WHATEVER THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE CALLED.
I was called at work again and on this last call I told the person that I had already sent the package back and that I was not interested in the business, and i hoped that no charges had been put on my card besides the shipping and that i did not want anything else charged on my card. And he said thank you have a good day.
A couple of weeks later I notice a charge for 69.99 on my card. When I ordered the "free package" there was no where on the site that it was made known that if you did not return the package within 30 days (which I did) that you would then be charged 69.99. Not just for that month mind you but for the next 6 MONTHS. When I called the company I was on hold FOREVER, and then when I finally talked to someone, they told me that they would have to go back and check the recordings. ANd beleive me they nail you to the pronoun that you use on those recordings.
The person on the phone comes back and says well you did not make yourself clear enough with the salesman, or he would have RE_DIRECTED you to another person that would have taken care of you refund. I said did you recevie my package back in the mail? He said yes we did, but that did not matter because i did not make that other call or make myself clear enough. HMM I told the salesman, I hope that no charges have been put on my account and that this is not for me and I dont want any more charges on my account, and YOU RECEIVED THE STINKING PACKAGE BACK, but i didn't make myself clear enoguh that I didn't want anything to do with your stupid, rip off business.
I told the person on the phone, well you know what fine you've already screwed me out of two months now of 69.99, but stop charging my card, this whole time not knowing that I some how have been locked into some 6a MONTH 69.99. He proceeds to tell me I am sorry sir, but you are going to be charged this for the next 4 months. Of course i got a little upset on the phone, he wouldn't put his manager but continued to tell me that our manage says that there is nothing that we can to about it. Like it is somehow out of their hands, and they have nothing to do with it, talk about B/S.
I told them we'll see about that, and that I would be in contact with my credit card company. Stay away from these people they are not out to help you, they are using a 9.99 free trial to suck people in and get a ton of 69.99 RESIDUAL INCOME FOR THEM contracts setup that you canot get out of. STAY AWAY
