Please help! On 6/1/05 I called Moneywayz.com, after receiving a nice color brochure. It said some people are averaging $6,000 per month with moneywayz. I spoke to John George, who had me listen to a 10 Minute tape about the company. They would set up a web site, and all we had to do was promote the web sites, by sending out brouchures, like the one I received, or place ads and check in with an advertising coach periodically.
The brouchure, and John George assured me there was a 100% Risk Free guarantee, that if I didn't make my initial start up fee back within the 1st 12 Months they would refund my start up fee.
The brouchure mentioned "In addition, you could receive a brand new computer when you get started". When I inquired about it Mr. George said "if I do not at least double my start up fee, in the first 3 months, he will send me the computer. I figured the worst that could happen if it doesn't work, is would would get my money refunded and receive a free computer.
On 6/1/05 I sent them a $900.00 start up fee, and was assigned to John Anelli as an advertising coach. On 6/20/06 I spoke to Mr. Anelli. He told me the minimum amount of brouchere's & address labels I could order was 500 for $1000.00. This seemed very expensive after just giving them $900.00 to start up. But I charged it to my VISA card, and within 1 week after spending $240.00 on postage stamps, I sent out all the brouchures.
Over 1 month later I received a commission check for $29.50. I tried several other ways to advertize, including a guaranteed results program from the internet for $50.00 with no results. I also invested in something called the "Amazing advertising portal" that for $1000.00 would professionally handle all my internet advertising, send letters, place ads for me, and guaranteed more customers than I could handle. This didn't work either. I tried to call moneywayz numerous times to speak to either John George or John Anelli, they were never in.
On 6/1/06 after exactly 1 year I called and was told both John George & John Anelli no longer work there. I spoke to Chris Davis and told him the whole story. I have now spent $3200.00 and only made $29.50. Mr. Davis said he would do some free advertising for me for the next 3 Months, if still no results I could get me refund.
I waited 4 Months.
I had seen a number of hits on the hit counter, but no sales. So on 10/13/06 I called to speak to Chris Davis, and was told He no longer works there. They transfered me to Brad Crown, in customer service, I told him I would like my refund, that I had spent a small fortune and only made $29.50.
He said I couldn't get a refund because I didn't check in with an advertising coach every month, and needed to do another mailing campain or two.
A week later I asked to speak to a manager, and spoke to a lady that was in charge of customer service, who told me the same thing. I said I'm not spending another couple thousand dollars only to get back $29. And your own advertising didn't even work.
She said if I don't do it, I get no refund. When I told her I was promised a Free computer when I first signed up, and that I would like that sent to me. She said she's not doing that either as I was given a reduced start up free in the begining. I didn't ask for all my money outlay back, just settle for the $900.00 start up fee, and they would even do that.
Now I'm out $3200.00 and no free computer.
