This company is the absolute worst. They have lost my domains so many times that I can't remember. They have overcharged my credit card over and over. The number of excuses they come up with why your website or email server is down AGAIN for the 48th time this year. And if you want to correct any of their numerous mistakes then get prepared to spend the rest of your life on the phone. And their [email protected] email just bounces. All their phone numbers constantly change. They really don't want to help you, it's all about taking your money.
Each day it's a new story. Your server is down. The renewal process is not working right now. It will be fixed within a few hours. Well don't believe a word they say. It's all a lie. Do not spend your hard earned money
Never Ever Ever Give Registerfly your credit card number. They will charge you for domains they could never register in the first place. They will double charge your card each and every time. Want a refund? Ha! Ha! Get in Line! Just go straight to your credit card company because otherwise you will spend the rest of your life trying to get your money back.
