I had purchased 16 albums of music from this company. I was charge 42 usd and did not recieve any of the music to download it. I contacted them and was sent"instructions on how to retrieve my music". I tried it and it didn't work. I e-mailed them that i was going to contact my cc company and file a dispute. (the payments were for some reason broken into 2 payments.) i recieved an e-mail in return that they would credit my second payment. Of course i e-mailed back-not good enough-i want all my money back, proceeds for a dispute have been started and i would be reporting them as a ripoff. We'll see what they're next e-mail will be!!!
