Dave Malhotra is a recruiter of this company or he might be the owner. He positions AUMG as a recruiting arm for JCB Partners, when I got into the engagement I realised that he was actual part of the deal. I was working, JCB and AUMG were both collecting revenue. For some reason the deal was not as lucrative for JCB but it was enough for AUMG, since they might be a very small placement firm. They tried to alter the contract when they were unable to do that JCB terminated my contract. JCB partners has been late on paying all of my invoices and bridge all payment terms as written in the contract.
