1/1 Compaq notebook is purchased.
Yr1 of warrantee (manufacture's) keyboard is replaced
thumb pad is replaced.
Yr2- CompUSA's 3yr warrantee (paid for at time of laptop purchased) System restore 12/15,12/31 Replaced hard drive.
12/27 hard drive replaced again, the day it was picked up hard drive fails again.
CompUSA will not replace unit will only do system restore.
Random shutting down continues.
