I have recieved the e-mail from nationwide of my voice messaging account (which I did not request nor authorize). They have associated themselves with coupon offers through PCH sweepstakes. I have not been charged yet, so I have replied daily numerous times to their confirmation e-mail (eventhough it says not to reply (this gives me a great paper trail to prove I wanted this cancelled asap) In the e-mail I make sure to let them know that the reason I have sent them a reply is because they have given a false web address. I have also (e-mailed) my phone company that this is a charge I will dispute due to fraudlent billing. My phone carrier has responded back to me that the charge must be accepted and then I can dispute it with the company. However, they also stated that if I do not recieve a cancellation that they will be happy to help with this matter. (Doing this through e-mail with them for that paper trail.) Also, I am gathering all written correspondence so that I can send it to the Texas Attorney General's Office. I have also contacted PCH Sweepstakes about this matter, have not gotten a response, but I just want to notify all parties involved what my intentions are. I do not know where this will lead but I plan to follow through until I resolve my issue and stop them from doing this. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I will post everything I can find out (might help others) I will also let you know if the attorney general can help where I live.
Best of Luck
