Ripoff they charged my bank account 14.95 by stealing my bank acct number Lexington

I checked my online bank statement to find a authorized amt of 14.95 paid to 24protectplus, that I had not authorized or nor ever heard of. I called the 18002119749 number on their website and they said I had authorized it, I told them that I had never heard of them and I wanted my money replaced, they had fraudently taken it. They said they would place it in my acct in 2-3 buisness days.
