Unbelievable internet rip off company. They need to be shut down. Where is the Oklahoma Attnorney General?

They called on New Years day to say I owed for a product that was never ordered or received. After listening to their canned explanation they said they would refund my money. Let's see. The State's Attorney General should be all over this company for fraud.
