I ordered a DVD set from them because it was not released yet anywhere else (sketchy, I know, but I was desperate to get it) and they charged by credit card right away, but never sent me the confirmation email that it had been shipped. The phone number they provide is "temporarily disconnected" and they took about a week to reply to my email to change the shipping address. The emails about where my order is have remained unanswered. They say that ship in one to two days and deliver within ten to twelve... Well at this point I'm not sure if they deliver at all.
