I am also a victim of Brian Nutt and the Next Internet Millionaire scam.
I was promised by the company that I would be receiving 2500 affiliates for each franchise that I owned. I was told that I had three franchises so I would be receiving 7500 affiliates. I never received all of the affiliates I was promised by the company!
I think that it be legal business by reason I be unemployed and to lend money for this business and it be BIG SCAM!!!

- I signed up for a FREE website with TNIM on 10th October
- I upgraded and paid $3,000 (with NO rebate) for my 3 Franchise Packages on 4th April. Payment via Western Union to beneficiary Brian Nutt with MTCN: 3364059734
2. FREE website receives PAID signups!
- FREE website http://mlm. Thenextinternetmillionaire.com / activated 10th October
- 5 days later on 15th October the website received a PAID signup company generated.
- Between 15th October to 2nd March the website received 36 PAID signups generating $72,000 in commission to TNIM and $0 to me!

3. PAID/UPGRADED website receives FREE signups!
- I upgraded my website by paying you $3,000 (see Item 1 above) on 4th April
- 4th April to 19th April there were no website activity. YOU DID NOT PROMOTE MY WEBSITE as per your claims: "Our system is simple! All you have to do is purchase our Millionaire Franchise Package and sit back and collect your fortune!"
"... 25 GUARANTEED PAID CUSTOMERS you receive just for purchasing our mind-blowing Millionaire Franchise Package..."
- On April 20th you promoted my website for one day whereby I received 1,584 FREE signups generating $0 commission to me.
- From 20th April to now (28th April) again there is no activity at my website (apart from my own promorional efforts). AGAIN YOU ARE NOT PROMOTING MY WEBSITE.

- On April 20th (the day you promoted my website for one day) I received the following email from you: "Your account has been active for over 90 days. As stated in our guarantee policy you receive 10,000 leads for every undelivered sale. You currently have 0 company generated sales. Click on the link below to download the 250,000
additional leads for you to use to continue marketing your website. These leads will be available for download for the next 7 days."
- My 90 days should be calculated from 4th April meaning it expires on 2nd July and NOT ON 20th April!!
- Yet on April 20th (16 days after I upgraded) your email states "Your account has been active for over 90 days". What rubbish is this?

6. Payment Buttons at Website
- My e-gold payment button was activated on 4th April after you received my payment. Thank you.
- On 15th April I sent you details of my SFIPay account and asked that my SFIPay account be activated.
- Until today 28th April this has not been done and my SFIPay payment button is still not working.

- Gift Certificates: NO! There is NO Gift Certificate button in my replicated website back office. I sent an email to support on 26th April to activate this button but my email was IGNORED!
- Hawaian Vacation: NO! Where is the proof of my entry ticket?
- My ad sent to your database: NO!
- State of the Art Autoresponder: NO! Where is it?
- 2 Bonus Package FREE: NO! I received 3 identical discs!

- I know I have enough material here to report you to the local AG, BBB and Scamreport.org, and also to shout SCAM! On Yahoo, Google plus to the 10,000, 000 leads I have and there is nothing you can do to stop me.
