Im on the internet all the time and this thing keeps popping up and says i owe them money and i dont even know what it is

Im writing this letter to you so maybe you can help me get this company off of my computer. I dont even know how it got on here it happened about three months ago and i havent been able to get it off of here sence. And i even called my internet company and they couldnt get it off of here either. And im the only one that uses my computer. And i dont have the money to pay them just so it can be removed from my computer. Thanks for your time and i hope i hear from you real soon.
