This to complain about Onrebate.com. I bought a computer monitor LG 19 in rom TigerDirect in Miami. I filled the form out and submitted the UPC and receipt. They rejected at first because the address on the receipt was that of my PO BOX and not my physical address. I called Onrebate and the rep informed me that I had to get the receipt corrected to show my home address and send it back in to their resubmissions address.
I did just that thinking it was over and I would get my rebate check in the mail. It has been over a month and no check so I called again and the rep told me that it was rejected again because I did not submit the form again with my corrected receipt. I am furious that this was not explained to me when I spoke to the rep the first time. I then asked to speak to a Supervisor.
A woman by the name of Taquan came on but was no help and by the end of the conversation was rude and hung up on me. I urge everyone who has had a problem with Onrebate.com to do so in order to let them know they can not get away with this.
