Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

This company is such a rip-off! First of all this was supposed to be a free language lesson. Yea right? Onlingo tells you that for 6.95 the will ship you a CD to keep. They don't disclose to the unsuspecting consumer that they will be billing your credit card $69.95 each month for a subscription!

Yes they told me that I had a 10 day trial, but at no time did they mention that after the 10 days my credit card would me charged. I called the company several times to receive a refund, but all the employees were uncaring and rude. I offered to return the first useless CD to receive my full refund, but they refused. They did however offer a 40-dollar refund, which is still unacceptable. The full amount is owed. This company is a big scam artist. What reputable company outright refuses to grant a refund under the blanket of trickery and misrepresentation. It's about 10 employees who probably work from someone's home. They have done this to countless number of people and should be fully punished to every extent of the law! All I wanted was a refund of MY money that was taken without permission.
