I am a small online retail store. We just signed on with PLZhost.com at the end of October. From day one we experienced nothing but issues with the hosting provider. The web host servers were down 6 times in November. The weekend after Thanksgiving, the servers were down for over 18 hours straight. The worst part, when I tried to access my administration panel to my website. It appeared my website didn't exist at all! I couldn't find a cached link to my site.

The outage went right into Mid-day (eastern standard time) on Cyber Monday.in addition, open tickets went unanswered for days. I finally got disgusted and am now trying to terminate my contract exactly 33 days old and demanding a full refund. PLZhost.com position is to not refund my money because their money day guarantee is 30 days! PLZhost.com is also stating "business wasn't that good on cyber Monday anyway". I wouldn't know because my business wasn't available to customers until well into the afternoon on Monday, 11/27/06.

My business has been negatively affected by the extended server outages during the busiest shopping time of the year. Given the fact the service is less then adequate, my business cannot afford to wait to find out if the service will improve.in light of this, I'm demanding a full refund of $108.00 for the contract year which started exactly 33 days ago.
