Due to an error of how to input information, two $10.00 gift certificate purchased have not been able to be redeemed.
I have written several emails in attempts to correct the problem, asking for assistance in how to go about redeeming. I have followed the FAQ on the site, but we were unsuccessful in setting up an account to redeem the Gift Certs. I have also written their accounting department per the FAQ requesting a refund. All info, receipt # etc has been given.
After 3 emails and providing a alternate email addresses as well, I have not heard one word from this company. Not even an acknowledgment that my emails have been received.
I wish a refund for the money in question... Or at least to be able to get a product of my choice.
There has also been a report filed with the Nevada better business bureau.
