IPOWER has taken $ 59.40 through my credit card for webdesign package but does not respond to me

IPOWER has taken $ 59.40 from me through my Standard Chartered credit card and new number for webdesign package in the month of August but never responded positively. Affiliate Junktion is also allined
with IPOWER and both the companies are working with connivance to cheat people.
