You've heard it all before, but I feel it may help to add my voice to the complaints against UrbanQ.
Placed my order 3/23 for $49.99 expecting a $45.00 rebate. Emailed them 8/25/01,2/6/02,3/27/02, and 6/6/02. Each time they replied with a reason for the rebate delay, but never denied that they owed it.
Their last reply was a joke, stating that their "recent promotions have resulted in a high volume of e-mail. And they should get an award for their last parting shot, which read "In addition, please refrain from sending us multiple e-mails concerning the same issue, as this may further slow down our response time."
Since I have been waiting 14 months for my rebate, it seems hard to believe that my e-mail requests are slowing down their response time.
