My payment went into a black hole - I would imagine forwarded to an offshore account

I paid my account via CC yesterday - payment acknowledged and invoice paid. Went to my website and got Acct Suspended message. Calls to all departments ring but no answer. The reseller line has VM but fat chance of a return call. So my customers get that message when they go to my site. Apparently the profits for the company went up their nose and they couldn't make margin call. Their website is lipstick on a pig.
For ALL - I was directed to this company by upperhost.com. They still show this company as top rated.
