I am an avid online gamer. I play Final Fantasy XI online.in found this website for a guide book to help me learn the game. It seemed like a great product so I used my credit card to charge the 20 bucks for the guide. The charge went through but my user name and password were never delivered via email. Days later I still haven't received my guide, nor has my credit card been reimbursed and I have not heard one word from FFXIGuidebook.com. Very disappointing. Please, if you're into online gaming of any type (as they offer other 'services' apparently) please avoid this site at all costs.
