On October 18 a charge of 102.98 was to be taken out of my account for a game. There many attempts to take money from my account. The first time then bank didn't let the charge go thru saying that there was not enough money so they did it again and it went thru. So 102.98 was taken out.
On October 20 another attempt to take out more money and since I didn't have enough to cover it I was charged 20.00 by the bank.
On October 27 another charge of 102.98 was taken out. I made many attempts to have them refund my money but instead they made excuses.
Monday morning on October 30 I personally called the bank and they had verified what has happened and has sent me forms to fill out.
