I had a very bad expierence with this company.in sept i unintentionally signed up for this offer of... You guessed it free ringtones. Never got any ringtones but did in fact get a surprise in the mail. $20.00 total charges for sept and oct from who? FLYCELL! What i did get from their service was a corny jokes of the day (which i did NOT ask for) and of course a huge bill.
I called this company and got a response from Ulysses a customer service rep, Ulysses was very rude to me and accused me of lying when he was doing all the lying. He told me that his company "did not advertise free ringtones" and that "i did not cancel on the same day that the text informing me that the jokes would cost 10.00 a month." When i know for a fact that i did cancel maybe in the same hour.
This frustration is not about the money even though i could use some, but its about the morals and the wayto run a business. It just not respectable. Please try to get these people shut down.
