Ripoff took money from my bank account without my knowledge Nationwide

Today I noticed a draft out of my bank account that I had not authorized and knew nothing about. I tried to contact the people responsible but was unsuccessful. I have a feeling I have been ripped off. I am going to continue to try to cantact them and will let you know when I do.
