I am very upset at this moment. I sent them about 6 emails and no respond back. I did let them know I needed my order before October 16th. This order has not shipped. It is a costume and I have parties to go to and now they have Ruin my plans. I will go to the highest extent to get my money back and for what they have done. I will NEVER order from them again. I placed my order on August 13, this unacceptable. I will not tolerate this poor service. All want is my order AT my house at least before October 23 and they will never hear from me again. Today is October 12. I have understand that they are backed up in orders but they shouldn't have false advertisement on there website, that orders that are in stock will be out within 24-48hrs, that is against the law. Last year was the same problem, they were backed up in orders. They know the routine for now.
