I'm not one to usually write these things but a colleague of mine's company recently went into contract with profitcenter software technology in NY and her company is having a hard time with them. From what I understand, the company promised to have thier system implemented in 3 months but its been over 7 and there has been no progress made whatsoever. My colleague has also told me that profitcenter software has made other promises the company is no backing out on. I'm not terribly famimliar with the company other than this and I do not know exactly what profitcenter software does but if any businiess out there is considering hiring them my advice would be to think twice.
