I ordered a Halloween costume on Sept. 9th. They quickly sent me an invoice and billed me. I got my merchandise, but it did not fit. The website boasts quick, hassle-free returns, but as of today (Oct. 10th 2006) I have heard nothing.
Upon emailing them I received an auto-reply telling me that they could not answer my email due to the demand of the upcoming Halloween costume season. I have not heard a thing and now I am worried that I will be out over $100 dollars.
I sent the package back priority mail, with insurance and tracking - all I wanted was an even exchange... Same EXACT thing, just another size. Do NOT buy from these people. I regret that I did and will post an update when (or if) I hear something.
